"I had 2 claims in the last 6 weeks. The first was a claim for an expensive camera I had stolen out of a hotel room. After getting claims the info, they spent 15 minutes with me on the phone then the adjuster said she just wrote a check. The claim was paid so fast, I replaced the equipment which did not disrupt my schedule.

Claims also closed a total loss on my car and offered a very fair settlement. Someone had broken into my car and while trying to hot wire it, they fried the electrical system.
